At the Museum!
Gear Seal Replacement. Jason Beaver and John Cater are getting the strut apart to replace the seals. Director, Christine Lewis, has figured out she doesn’t weigh enough to help get the gear apart. Frank Fry is rocking the maintenance on the T-28 Bravo!

The 1944 Howard DGA15 has arrived from the Stockmar Airport in Villa Rica to the Rome Hangar and now is ready to have new fabric. Our maintainers have worked hard on the disassembly and transportation. Kudos to Director, Christine Lewis, John Cater, Gerry Fellows and Michael Lee in this huge task of transporting the plane home.

Quimby’s Corner
I’m honored to represent the Museum of Flight at the Paulding County Airport Authority Meeting. It’s a privilege to be surrounded by people who share a passion for aviation. Even as a four-legged ambassador, I’m proud to help connect the museum with the community and to support its mission of inspiring the next generation to reach for the skies!
Signed, Quimby
